Scripture

“For we are both God's workers. And you are God's field. You are God's building.”-1 Corinthians 3:9

There was a time in my walk with God when most of my prayers revolved around what I needed Him to do in my life. I wanted His direction, His provision, His breakthrough, and His help navigating difficult seasons. While none of those things were wrong, I've noticed a shift that has taken place over the years. The more I've encountered His love and learned His heart, the more my focus has moved from what God can do for me to what He desires to do through me. I've discovered that maturity isn't found in needing Him less. It's found in becoming so captivated by Him that His purposes begin to matter more than my own plans. There is something deeply fulfilling about waking up each day with the simple desire to bring Him glory and participate in what He is doing in the earth.

Beloved, you were never saved merely to occupy space until heaven. You were invited into partnership with God. The One who hung the stars in the heavens has chosen to work through yielded hearts. What a sacred mystery. Whether your assignment is preaching to thousands or encouraging one weary soul, your life matters in His Kingdom. Every act of obedience, every quiet sacrifice, every encouraging word, and every unseen service becomes a seed planted in God's field. The Lord is gently drawing His people beyond self-concern and into holy participation. As our hearts become aligned with His, we discover that what grieves Him begins to grieve us, what brings Him joy begins to delight us, and His desires slowly become our own. This is the beauty of walking in union with Him.

Today, hear the invitation of the Lord: Will you partner with Me? You do not need to have every detail of the journey figured out. You simply need a willing heart. God is looking for those who will trust Him enough to say yes, serve where He leads, and love as He loves. The more clearly you see Him, the easier surrender becomes. When His glory captures your heart, obedience is no longer a duty to fulfill. It becomes a joy to embrace. Beloved, make yourself available. You may be surprised by what God can do through a life that is fully yielded to Him.

Reflection Pause: Have your prayers been focused more on what God can do for you or what He desires to do through you? What would it look like for you to make yourself fully available to God today?

Prayer Moment

Father, I make myself available to You. Use my life for Your glory and teach me to partner with Your purposes each day. In Jesus' name, Amen.
